I lived in this complex for a year, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer. We only moved because we had to relocate from the city.
The apartment was clean, with brand-new stainless steel appliances. It had plenty of windows, offering lots of natural light and a great street view. The location in Palo Alto is excellent, with highly rated schools nearby, and itâs conveniently close to the Caltrain station and Grocery Outlet in a very nice, well-regarded area.
Management was always responsive and professional. Although we didnât need much maintenance, any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The pool was a great bonus and my kids really enjoyed it.
The neighbors were kind and respectful, and we always felt comfortable and at ease. Having Ventura Park and John Boulware Park within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, the rent was reasonable compared to other complexes in the area, especially considering the quality and amenities offered. I would definitely recommend this place.
