I lived in this complex for a year, and I truly wish we could have stayed longer. We only moved because we had to relocate from the city. The apartment was clean, with brand-new stainless steel appliances. It had plenty of windows, offering lots of natural light and a great street view. The location in Palo Alto is excellent, with highly rated schools nearby, and itâs conveniently close to the Caltrain station and Grocery Outlet in a very nice, well-regarded area. Management was always responsive and professional. Although we didnât need much maintenance, any issues were handled quickly and efficiently. The pool was a great bonus and my kids really enjoyed it. The neighbors were kind and respectful, and we always felt comfortable and at ease. Having Ventura Park and John Boulware Park within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the rent was reasonable compared to other complexes in the area, especially considering the quality and amenities offered. I would definitely recommend this place.

A mixed bag - This used to be a cozy community focused place with regular pot lucks and movie nights with warm and friendly neighbors. Maintenance used to be average and the rent was a great deal so you got what you paid for but the pool was always kept clean coz of the children using it frequently. However the ownership has changed and there seems to be a corporate style management which has its pros and cons The good - Kayla does a good job at being swift with maintenance issues, the landscaping has improved, bicycle parking area was made, camera system and access code gates for security. The cons - There seems to be disconnect between the amenities provided and rent they aspire to charge. Mind you there is no fitness center, common washer and dryer which can get disturbing for all the apartments surrounding it, - Some of the apartments bedroom face the garbage area which is quite unhygienic - Most of all the community aspect is almost dead, this was such a kids and infant friendly place with everyone so helpful that I wouldnât think of moving anywhere else but now am not sure the direction the new management plan to take this warm place too, maybe most of the family oriented people feel the same way too and might move on which would be a tragedy to the whole soul of this place. Anyways I was looking to upgrade to a bigger place and moving within the building seemed like the perfect choice, but now I am not too sure. Should I upgrade to place with better amenities at the same or is this place gonna get transformed? Heated Pool? A Fitness center or perhaps in house washer/Dryer option and maintain the community driven initiatives? but with just corporate paint job maintenance this place definitely doesnât justify the rent.
